StablecoinsUSDT / USDCWithdraw and sweep rights are assigned by merchants through FinOps Addresses (1-10 per contract). FinOps Addresses can initiate financial operations but have no permission to change withdrawal destinations. UPTOPAY cannot control these permissions after setup.
Withdrawal addresses are permanently fixed at the time of contract deployment and cannot be altered by anyone — including UPTOPAY. Funds can only be sent to the merchant's pre-designated addresses (2–3 whitelisted addresses per contract). To change the withdrawal address, a new contract must be deployed.
The Owner permissions for every merchant payment contract are entirely under the merchant's control. UPTOPAY cannot perform withdrawal, sweep, or any fund-movement operations on merchant contracts.
Sensitive operations — including enabling/disabling cashiers, managing operators, and configuring integrations — require wallet signature verification. Operations must be completed within 5 minutes of verification to prevent unauthorized access.
Even when a contract is terminated, withdrawal functionality remains available. Merchants can always retrieve their funds regardless of contract status. Termination only stops new inbound deposits — it never locks existing assets.
Optional AML Service integrated with UPSHIELD and Chainalysis. Automatically screens deposits, sweeps, and withdrawals for sanctioned or high-risk addresses. Subscribe and apply only if your business requires it.
